These terms apply to use of this website. The terms of any actual engagement (a build, audit, or retainer) are governed by the signed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work for that project.

Rep Yourself is a service of Catalyst Partners Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Our business address is 2536 Countryside Boulevard, Suite 400, Clearwater, FL 33763.

Use of this site

You may use this site to learn about our services, view demos, submit a free audit request, or contact us. By using the site you agree not to:

  • Submit false or impersonating information through any form
  • Use automated tools to scrape or copy site content
  • Attempt to access any part of the site you are not authorized to access

The free audit

The free site audit is provided as-is. The findings, suggestions, and recommendations in any audit we deliver are professional opinion and do not constitute a guarantee of search ranking, fundraising, or election outcomes. Acting on any audit recommendation is at your discretion.

If you proceed to engage us for a paid project, the scope, deliverables, and warranties are governed by a separate signed Statement of Work.

Demo content

The candidate demos at /demos are fictional. Names, photos, districts, and platform positions are invented for portfolio purposes. Any resemblance to a real Florida candidate is coincidental. None of the demo candidates are endorsed by, or coordinated with, Rep Yourself or Catalyst Partners.

Political activity disclaimer

Rep Yourself is a marketing service provider. We do not endorse candidates and do not coordinate with any candidate, party, or committee. All work is billed at fair market value and reported by our clients on their FEC and Florida Division of Elections filings.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, code, graphics, demo sites) is the property of Catalyst Partners Ventures LLC. You may share links to our pages. You may not copy, republish, or modify the content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

We provide this site and the free audit "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Catalyst Partners Ventures LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any free audit content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the state courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
